We get this question a lot, and we simply can't give prices until we see the garment in question in person. Complexities of the item itself as well as the needed alterations or repairs will affect this. We will always give you the price upon seeing the garment and before you drop it off for work so you can decide.

In general, our clients find we are a great value with high-quality work but you can be the judge of that!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO AN APPOINTMENT?

Unless you're bringing a garment for a patch or zipper repair we will likely need you to try it on for pinning.

For most garments, this means you'll need to bring the shoes you plan to wear with the garment as this will affect the length of it..

For weddings and formals, this means the shoes and any undergarments (shapewear, petticoats, bras, etc) you intend to wear with the garment as well. Shoes and undergarments can severely affect the way clothing will wear and it's really important, especially for brides to have everything with you at your appointment to get the best fit on your wedding day.

Again this may depend on the item, most regular alterations and repairs can be done in a week, with formal items, including weddings taking longer. We are able to do rush jobs in less time but this needs to be discussed and depends on our availability. Please let us know if you're in need of a rushed garment. We will do our best to accommodate.
